This is one hell of a halftime show here. The Cal Bears marching band decided that during their November 3rd game against Washington State to pay tribute to video game history during their halftime show. Here's what I can figure out: Pong, Tetris, Mortal Kombat, Contra, Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, (Super?) Mario Bros., you got me, and then the final scene of Super Mario Bros.
Great show by the Marching Bears.
And what a great way for me to honor my regular geekdom and my marching band geekdom at the same time.
