You sir are a dumb@$$! Bowling and golf not a sport? Are you kidding me? I am a serious/avid bowler. I bowl in many tournaments year in and year out. You don’t understand how much strength, endurance, mental game, etc it takes to be successful at this game. This game also requires a lot of studying of the many different types of oil patterns that are out there. Just because people at 60 can be just as successful as someone at the age of 20 doesn’t mean that bowling shouldn’t be a sport. If you want to give you’re opinion first make sure you know all about these other sports you are talking about that you say supposedly isn’t a sport. Although I can’t personally speak for golf or auto racing because I do neither of those things. You sir will probably make a bunch of enemies from this. But oh well. All in all. If you don’t know much about bowling, golf, auto racing, etc. And how hard athletes oh these sports work and how much they put themselves through. Don’t say things like this about it. So keep your opinions to yourself about stuff that you don’t even know much about.

I take it you don’t play much sports, the whole drinking and smoking thing doesn’t quite make sense since neither the PGA or PBA allow drinking or smoking during professional events. Also I am not sure if you watch much football or baseball either but there are plenty of 40 year old’s that compete against much younger competition. It seems like you need to rethink your standards or philosophies of what constitutes a sport.
